when i play sounds in my pc, that buzz gets covered

I cannot say if it is pc problem or earphones problem, because I have no other earphones to test ... It wants to keep erasing and formatting the disk even though it's a brand-new disk.
Is the problem with Imgburn or with the Megastor?
